
Jennifer Maddox serves as Director of Grant Development and Administration at Conway Medical Center, where she leads strategic funding initiatives to advance healthcare accessibility and infrastructure across South Carolina’s Pee Dee region. With expertise in securing funding from major foundations including The Duke Endowment and Best Chance Network, Jennifer manages diverse project portfolios spanning rural healthcare access, maternal health programs, workforce development, and medical infrastructure improvements.
Throughout her career in grant development, Jennifer has demonstrated a commitment to health equity in underserved communities, developing comprehensive programs in cancer patient support, telehealth implementation, and community health initiatives. Her work has been instrumental in expanding Conway Medical Center’s capacity to serve rural populations through innovative, sustainable healthcare solutions.
Prior to her current role, Jennifer served as the Grants Development Coordinator at Coastal Carolina University and the Community Funding Manager at the SC Department of Public Health where she built systems for identifying and pursuing funding opportunities aligned with organizational priorities.
