The Network combine decades of experience in grant writing, proposal development, and cross-sector implementation to support rural healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, educational institutions, public safety entities, and nonprofits. Our collective track record includes more than $500 million in secured awards across federal programs including HRSA, SAMHSA, CDC, NIH, FEMA, DOJ, USDA, ED, DOJ, DOE, DOC state grants, and private foundations. This depth of experience enables the Network to help you withyour immediate RHT needs while extending our capacity to support to broader opportunities that sustain long-term impact.

Beyond its grant experts, the Network includes on-call subject matter experts (SME)in clinical care, first responder operations (law enforcement, security, firefighting), and technology to deliver practical, tailored guidance that aligns with RHT priorities such as workforce strengthening, emergency services coordination, telehealth expansion, and infrastructure modernization.
